Pontefract Collieres FC`s chairmans comments continue, now he has made more defamatory comments on Scarborough Athletics forum , on further investigation there are complaints against Pontefract Collieries FC with regards the football match held at Pontefract Collieries V Scarborough Athletic 4th April 2009 and the £1 car parking charges imposed by Pontefract Collieries FC on Scarborough Athletic fans whom parked their cars on land next to Pontefract Collieries FC, land owned by CISWO [source: Scarborough Athletic forum ], the chairman of Pontefract Collieries FC failed to inform Scarborough Athletic fans, the land is owned by CISWO and not Pontefract Collieries FC, one Scarborough fan was told by a Pontefract Collieries Official "it`s not our fault, it`s the Duchy that`s charging the parking fee, we have no power to stop it". Charging for parking on land not belonging to yourselves, without the owners consent, now what legal term is used for that?
